When will my order ship?

Online orders are processed within 3 business days. Our standard shipping option is USPS First Class Mail, however, we do offer upgraded shipping options at checkout. USPS typically takes 3 to 5 days for delivery, although their delivery times are not guaranteed. International orders take approximately 10 days to arrive via USPS. For international orders, we are not responsible for customs regulations or duties that may apply. Every order ships with tracking, however, we cannot control delivery times once the product is in transit. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us before ordering to discuss what the best shipping option would be for you.

Can an item be customized?

Unfortunately, we don't offer customizations at this time. All of our items are professionally printed and due to the nature of the printing process, customizations simply are not possible.

How are your products made?

All of our products on our website are made in the USA. Our greeting cards are letterpress printed on Reich Savoy 100% cotton paper which is tree free. All of our clear sleeves are acid and lignin free, archival safe and made with 10% recycled content.
