WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLACING AN ORDER

$150 minimum for opening orders / $100 minimum for reorders
Minimum of 6 per sku for greeting cards / 4 per sku for all other items

PAYMENT

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payment is accepted via credit card or check. Existing customers may inquire about Net 30 terms.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our typical turnaround time is 1-3 weeks, however, we do our best to ship within 72 hours of receiving an order. If you would like your order delivered by a certain date, just let us know when you submit your order. If no future date is indicated, we will ship as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Please let us know if you have any specific shipping requests or carriers at the time of your order. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Carina Paper Co. is not responsible for any carrier delays.

BACKORDERS

Certain products may occasionally be out of stock. You will be notified if any items in your order are on backorder (including an estimated in stock date) and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all in stock items from your order. Backordered products will ship separately and free of charge when they become available and will be charged at time of shipment.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be made via email or phone within 24 hours of placing an order. All sales are final. Please report any incorrectly shipped merchandise or damages within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any items. Products should be returned in their original packaging.

PRODUCTS AND PACKAGING

Our greeting cards are letterpress printed on 100% cotton Savoy by Reich Paper. Our clear sleeves are acid and lignin free, archival safe and made with 10% recycled content.  All of our products must be displayed in their original packaging. All of our products are made in the USA.

TERMS

All buyers must agree to our wholesale terms. Buyer certifies that they hold a valid seller’s permit and claim exemption on all purchases made from Carina Paper Co. due to the fact that all tangible personal property purchased, is purchased for resale. We respectfully reserve the right to terminate wholesale accounts that have not complied with these terms. Thank you!
